yes but then Annabeth and Jason find out they did a camp trade between the roman camp and the Greek camp. Jason is from the roman camp as he is the son of Jupiter. Percy is from the Greek camp he is the son of Poseidon.
Ares have this way of him by encouraging the anger in people. Hence the God of war. Percy felt this sudden rage and that is what cause him to talk back to Ares.
There is a "Camp Halfblood" in the Percy Jackson stories, but I think there is no "Camp Lifeblood".
The camp that Percy went to was called Camp Half-Blood. Camp Half-Blood was a camp for children who had a godly parent, namely demigods. Camp Half-Blood was a place for demigods to train and battle and was a refuge from monsters. Percy went to Camp Half-Blood in every book of the Percy Jackson series.
Percy found Mr. Brunner at Camp Half-Blood.

I think it was because Camp Half-blood is the only safe place for Percy and other half-bloods.And he also needed to train there to become a hero.
