In the end Yukinari convinces Yukina that she shouldn't be afraid of men, because she got the hives whenever a man touched her. Hence the name Yukina-Yukinari. Anyway at the end Yukina says that she likes Yukinari for doing that but Yukinari hives come back basically that's why she was sleeping with him.
