How is clark kent treated by others?
Clark has faced obstacles of both hate and love by MANY people. An example would be Lex Luthor where Lex loves Clark to death as a brother and friend and wants to be like him quite a lot. Then we have people like Lana Lang, Lois Lane, Chloe Sullivan etc., where he is loved by A LOT of people.
Why is there 2 clark. who's bizzaro .. is lana in love with bizzaro?
Bizzaro is a phamtom from the phamtom zone that took some of Clark's DNA to replucate Clark. so now the phamtom looks just like Clark. Lana couldn't tell the difference between them so she though the phamtm was clark

Why is Clark Kent of Smallville in love with Lana but into Chloe Sullivan?
it is drama and tv people love it and it keeps you wondering all the time right so you watch the show just like everyone else that is how they get people to watch tv no one would watch it if it where boring and no drama right? Besides guessing what will happen is the most fun part of watching tv isn't?Clark ends up dating Lois lane and i don't think that he gets married

NO! She marries lex because Lionel threatens to kill clark but then she fakes her death then comes back and gets back togoether with clark but then she fell in a coma cuz of brainiac and lex sends people to point a gun to her head and forced her to dump clark but then she escapes cuts her hair gets stronger and comes back only to wear the suit that is lex's only chance of survival the suit gives her superpowers but also absorbs enough kryptonite to kill clark so in the end she leaves smallville because if she stays she'll kill him oliver kills lex and clark is left aloneagain only to find he's falling in love with LOIS LANE.
What is the next Smallville going to be about?
This was on November 5th. Well, here's what happened so far in Season 10: Lazarus: Clark Kent comes back to life. Shield: The season starts. Supergirl: Kara Kent returns. (Clark also half-flys in this episode before falling!) Homecoming: Lois and Clark go to their Smallville High Reunion. Clark is also taken through time with Brainiac 5. Isis: Lois steals Isis' necklace from Ollie's Egyptian Museum. She starts to wear Egyptian clothing, then is possessed by the Egyptian goddess Isis. Clark tells his secret to Lois in this episode. Harvest: Halloween on Smallville! Clark and Lois are lost. Lois is captured so she can be sacrificed by a village. Clark is killed in this episode. (of course he comes back) A legendary Clois thing happens for the first time in this episode also. Ambush: Lucy Lane and The General come to visit Lois and Clark. They do not like each other; a government worker tries to track down "Super Freaks" and tried to kill the General. Abandoned: Tess and Clark visit an old orphange where Tess grew up. Tess and Clark are captured. Clark is captured by The Furies and Harriet. (in Superman, The mad Harriet) (Harriet is played by Justin Hartley's wife.) Lois is reunited with her dead mother, and tries to reunite Clark and his dead parents. Luthor: Clark comes to a parellel universe where he was raised by Lionel Luthor, and is a murderer with the world dark and horrible like the episdoe Pandora.

You get a glimpse of their love in Season 6 Episode 13 (crimson). It was under red kryptonite though. I guess you cant be sure. But then, later in life Lois doesn't know that Clark is superman so she doesn't fall in love with Clark, only superman. i think he really fell in love with her on season 4 episode 1

Why did lana lang leave Smallville?
Basically she left in the last episode of Season 7 - she comes back for about 5 episodes in Season 8 - she returns for Chloe and Jimmy's wedding episode. She leaves in the episode when Lex returns but he is caught in an explosion.
Who is Superman's love interest?
Superman has had a variety of Love Interests over the decades, unlike Batman. The Kryptonian man has been romantically involved with aside from Lois Lane, Lana Lang, actually she was his first girl friend in Superboy days.(Old man was an archaeologist of some sort, Professor Lang) we can"t forget Lori Lemaris from Atlantis,various Amazon characters (from other planets) Like Jena the Space girl who may have been based on you guessed it, an Italian Movie actress. Why does Lana marry Lex?
It's not exactly clear.... She says she married him because she loved him but I think she was unconsciously trying to hurt Clark. However, right before the wedding Lana was going to leave Lex so she could be with Clark. But Lionel threatened to kill Clark if she didn't. Later, Lana finds out that Lionel had her marry Lex so she could get inside information to help protect Clark. Lana marries Lex in the sixth season, episode "Promise." In the season finale, Lana leaves Lex . This is because she realized she didn't love him. She even tells Lex that "he isn't capable of love." She realized this earlier, when she finds out that Lex had her injected with a certain drug. The drug made her think she was pregnant (stopped her period, nausea, etc. !signs of pregnancy) Hint! Hint! She was pregnant she kinda had to marry him. Later, when Lex stopped giving her the drug it looked like she had a miscarriage. So yeah, I think she was just dating him as a jab to Clark. And than, got rushed into the marriage because of the "baby." I don't think her relationship was going anywhere with Lex. (Lex probably knew that to, that's why he faked her pregnancy)
