The question should be "what" rather than "who" as the word "who" indicated a person whereas the Jewish G-d is everything, everyone, and everywhere. You cannot apply human qualities to G-d because is more than human. The watchword of our faith is the Sh'ma where we say "Hear O'Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is One." Once you know, understand, and believe in the meaning of these words, you will understand the Jewish religion. Unfortunately, this could take many, many lifetimes to understand.
