Ok, It's is from ''The Band's''song is called ''The Weight'',and used in '' Easy Rider'',you now,Peter Fonda and Dennis Hopper in 1969.See ya Is this the brand new commercial(Oct '05)? Is the song a blues/soul song with a woman singing it? If this is the commercial, then "The Weight" is not the song. The song is called 'loving you more everyday'. Etta James is the artist singing. The song is Take a Load Off Annie,by the Marshall Tucker Band. It's "The Weight" by The Band. Released about 1968, on (I think) the Big Pink Album. The song is "Hanging on the telephone". It is sung by Cat Power and I can't find their version anywhere. If you go onto iTunes you can find it by Blondie and some other bands. It was orginially sung in like the 1970s by a band called The Nerves.
