We all want rights but the whole structure protecting rights requires responsibilities on the part of those exercising their rights. An internet search on "rights" will turn up 30 times am many hits as a search on "responsibilities" because we are all more interested in rights than responsibilities. Add the word "guns" to the two searches and the ratio goes up to 70 to 1.
