The rest are not known at this time, but it is confirmed that Ravenpaw does give him a life, and speculated that Sorreltail does as well, as she is confirmed as dead, even though she survived the battle with the Dark Forest.
Bramblestar received his nine lives from StarClan during his leadership ceremony. Each life was given by a different ancestor or cat representing a different aspect of leadership.

How does bramblestar lose his lives?
Bramblestar loses his lives in "Warriors" series by being injured or killed in various battles, conflicts, or accidents. Each time Bramblestar dies, he loses one of his nine lives, which is a concept in the series where leaders of the Clans have multiple lives to serve their Clans.
