∙ 11y agoDespite searching Google for hours,I have not found a proper answer.It is possible that some auditing company maybe doing so or else as I have seen at times,hotels simply like to credit themselves any star rating of their choice.Trip Adviser does it too and so do all the travel websites,but under whose supervision it is actually done,I am unable to find.
