That's hard to say cause both gangs got high numbers. U gotta remember that the Gangster Disciples Nation are under the even bigger Folk Nation and the Folk Nation has about 25+ gangs and all them gangs got far too many sets to name. And then u got the Bloods thats under the even bigger Blood Alliance and also under the Blood Alliance u got Pirus and Brims and they all got a large numder of sets and subsets.......so I'd say it's a tie.....
