the president can deploy us troops overseas even if congress does not declare war
It says that the president should inform Congress of his intention to send troops abroad within 48 hours.
The War Powers Resolution was passed in 1973. It was designed to limit the president's power to commit U.S. troops abroad without congressional approval.
No, the Vice President does not have the authority to deploy the National Guard. The power to deploy the National Guard lies with the state governors, who can request assistance from the federal government if needed.
the president has the power to send troops to the battle.
Yes, but this really depends on the power of the impact, if it is a light crash they wont but if you get smashed by someone going 100mph while your going 50mph they will deploy -T
Congress has the power to declare war, raise and fund the military, and regulate its organization and conduct. The president, as commander-in-chief, has the authority to command and control the military forces, make tactical decisions, and deploy troops. However, decisions to commit troops to war and engage in combat are shared powers between the president and Congress.
Congress had the power to raise an Army by asking the States for troops.
First you have to have your leader be captain cutter, Second you have to make a barracks and buy ALL the upgrades for the Marines the final up grade is ODST. To send them out on the map just deploy them like regular troops, or you can dorop them in anywhere on the map with ODST leader power. hope i could help :)
Deploy is made out of a better material ( more durable) and still shoots about a minimum of 20 ft. The recon has better accuracy but still has minimum 20 ft of shooting distance. And it has easily scratched shiny plastic... But , the deploy is more for battlefield range (35 ft and closer) and recon is more for sniping without moving too much... The deploy has more power against the wind thats why...
his troops
A fast way to get power is mainly training troops. So to train troops faster upgrade barracks and upgrade them. You can also train troops at a outpost if you have one. You can also buy troops with ruby's or speeding up training by using a speed boost if you have it.
