The way I measure my success in my program is by the attitude of my clients, customers, and suborganizations/units. And many times by spot checking programs and if they have required documentation than I know I what I have been preaching is working. But overall it is all about the attitude and changing behavior. If you spot check work areas and ask questions and it is all about the doing and actions of your follks. Asking questiolns about safety and getting that feedback will measure your success..
