None of Jehovah's Witnesses are paid a salary for their volunteer work. Those who are in special full-time service such as serving at the various branch offices around the world receive a small monthly stipend to cover incidental expenses. This is the same for the person who has been at Bethel for a month, or for twenty years.
At the congregation level, none of the elders or ministerial servants are compensated in any way financially.
