There has been no perfect evidence has been found still now regarding the people who have invented the noodles, because it happened so long ago.

The oldest noodles ever found in China were reported by Houyuan Lu at China's Institute of Geology and Geophysics in Beijing. His team found the noodles buried 9 feet deep in flood-plain sediment at Lajia in north-eastern China after lifting out an upturned bowl. They were verified to be 4,000 years old.
