Felix Hoffmann, a German chemist
Asprin was not invented. It was used by indiginous Indians in South America for hundreds of years and by Europeans since Roman times, extracted from bark of the White Willow Tree, however it was first synthesized in 1897 by the Bayer Labs and then marketed in 1899. Bayer still make it. They produce the #1 Asprin in Spain called AsprinC....
Robert Asprin was born on 1946-06-28.
Robert Asprin died on 2008-05-22.
