There is no secretary of justice.
Except for Justice, they are all secretaries e.g. . Secretary of Defense, Secretary of Agriculture, Secretary of State. The head of justice is called the Attorney General of the United States.
Most members of the British Cabinet have the title "Secretary of State", e.g. the cabinet member in charge of education is the "Secretary of State for Education". The equivalent to the US Secretary of State would be the Foreign Secretary, or the "Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs". This is currently held by William Hague MP.
Leila De Lima is the Secretary of Justice for Philippines.
There is are no such positions universally. Cabinet positions are created if needed or as are politically correct or prudent.
