The One Called Demetra was a user on fanfiction.net, yes. Her own stories were highly-praised, but if she read a story she didn't like, she flamed it. While a lot of people thought she was "saving the fandom," there were also several people who hated what she was doing, for somewhat obvious reasons.
She's old news, now, really. She quit; she even put it on her profile.
Oh, and I do apologize for several months ago, when I said I thought she was a troll; I had no idea what I was talking about. xD
