Father of 5 children three have autism. Married to Deborah Hofmann. Bill is the CEO of GrandView Asset Management and is also a Lobbyist for individuals with disabilities. Bill and his wife were the Co-Founders for the Center for Autism and Disabilities which is now run by Philhaven. The Center takes care of thousands of families affected by Autism and other disabilities in central PA.
Bill has served on the Board of the MIND Insitute in Sacramento CA. which one of the largest research facilities in the world on Autism. Bill has also served on the Board for the National Fragile X Syndrome. Bill currently serves on the Board for the Autism Society and specializes in creating Special Needs Trust for other families affected by Autism.
Bill created the first language for the Able account which currently sits congress. this Bill would allow people with disabilites to work and save up to $500,000 during their lifetime without losing their health care benefits. Senator Casey has sponsorded the Bill.
