Integrity
they would be called snitches, rats, or undercover officers
Yes it is; it is bad enough for any one to commit this crime, but ethically a policeman is meant to uphold (keep) the law, not break it.Added; Not only is it unethical it is illegal - a violation of the law - for which they can be arrested and prosecuted.
police officers have a criteria on this. On the other hand, for an officer of the law, it would be unethical not to arrest someone he has seen comiting a crime.
In my opinion it is unethical.
The unethical child was grounded for 2 months.
One who actively searches for unethical situations is called a 'Meat Eater'.
If you have the cash to buy a house, there is nothing illegal or unethical about making a cash offer. If you are selling a house, you can sell it for anything you please; however, if there is a mortgage, the bank will need to approve if you expect the bank to decrease the amount of the mortgage. There is nothing illegal or unethical about it. Banks do it when they would rather get some money for a mortgage rather than no money. It depends on what they consider the value of the mortgage worth. You can present the proposal and the Bank will make a business decision. Its officers will not worry about ethics. Its officers will decide based on the market value.
Unethical and illegal.
unethical competition in business?
Yes, if you know of one, report them... BUT... be ready to back up your allegations with supportable facts. PO's, just like police officers, are subject to a lot of false allegations made against them in an effort to intimidate them into "laying off" people.
It is unethical in itself and dangerous as a precedent.
