He wasn't. It was "Iron Chancellor", presumably for his forceful approach. "Blood & iron" was an earlier passage in a speech declaring that Germany's fate (when it was still a jumble of states) would be resolved through nationality (blood) and might (iron).
The Munich Agreement of 1938 (September) was a turning-point in the road toward another world war in several ways. Perhaps most importantly, this blood-less political victory convinced many top-level Germans, especially military leaders, that Hitler did indeed have a sixth sense of sorts -- a 'genius' -- for advancing Germany's dominance in Europe. Even though the Pearl Harbor attack on December 7, 1941 caused the US entry into WW2; had a WW2 not been going on, the US and Japan would have definitely been at war with each other. And US revenge would have been the number 1 reason. President FDR had alot of difficulty with the US public when he announced that Europe had to be saved first, the "Germany first policy." Germany did NOT attack the US, Japan did! And the people of the United States wanted their blood! The only reason President Franklin Delano Roosevelt went for the "Save Europe First" strategy was because of Winston Churchill's constant lobbying efforts with FDR from 1939 up through the Pearl Harbor attack in 1941.

The pancreas may be associated with many things. It is a glandular organ and is part of both the digestive and endocrine systems. It works closely with the liver and small intestine. The pancreas can be associated with diabetes as it is the organ that produces insulin needed for the body to regulate blood sugar levels. It can also be associated with conditions such as pancreatic cancer and pancreatitis. The gall bladder shares the same common bile duct as the pancreas.
