In Pakistan, it is not mandatory that every ministry should have a federal minister. State ministers have full rights just like federal ministers. Mr. Muhammad Baligh Ur Rehman is the state minister for education and professional training. One important point i.e. education is no more a federal subject but, as per 20th amendment provinces of Pakistan have the major rights.
