If you are talking about a person, such as Jesus is to Christians, Muhammad is to Muslims, or Buddha is to Buddhists, then the answer is no one. Jews follow God (YHVH) and there is no one before him. In Judaism Moses is seen as the greatest of all prophets and the Jewish Holy Book, the Torah, is the Five Books of Moses. Moses is not held any higher than he is in Christianity, though. Moses is a prophet, and that is all.
