All the dancers get paid $5,200 a week. The celebrities get paid about $250,000 if they stay all nine weeks.

No, she was shockingly eliminated on Week 6 coming in 7th place. However she is still the third best contestant of the season on point average though only making it a few weeks into the competition.
According to the most recent report, celebrities are paid a guaranteed $125,000 for the first two weeks. They are then paid $10,000 a week for weeks 3 and 4. At that point the pay begins to step up considerably with $20,000 a week for weeks 5, 6 and 7. It then increasing to $30,000 a week for weeks 8 and 9. Weeks 10 and 11 will pay the stars $50,000 a week. All totaled, stars can earn as much as $365,000 for the entire season.

If you play for one week, but playing it without missing any days, you get 350 stars. If you play for 2 weeks without missing any days you get another 350 stars. So total you get 700 stars.
Tony Hawk said (via Twitter) that he was offered $175k to appear on the show on 30 April 2009. For the third season of "Dancing with the Stars," participants were offered contracts that had variable pay rates, depending upon how long they lasted, for a maximum of $245,000. That's compared to the $125,000 or so that John O'Hurley and Kelly Monaco received for their appearances on the first season. According to The Hollywood Reporter (see Related Links below), celebrities get $125,000 just for joining the show, rehearsing on a tight schedule for three weeks, and competing in the first two episodes. For Weeks 3 and 4, the pay per episode is $10,000. If the celebrity survives elimination, the pay is $20,000 per episode for Weeks 5 & 6 and $30,000 for Weeks 7 & 8. In Weeks 9 & 10, the final two weeks of the show, the pay per episode is $50,000. The most a celebrity can earn, provided they make it to the final, is $345,000. There is no cash prize for winning.
