I think that it was Voledmort. Because he also passed out when Harry did, and in the end when Harry's all "Try for some remorse." he also says "I've seen what you'll be otherwise..."
It isn't a person, but a small crying scary creature.

Harry then battles to the death with Voldemort, keeping his own life, but ending the life of the man who killed his parents. In the epilogue, Harry is married to Ginny Weasley, the younger sister of his best friend. They have 3 children and are driving them to the Kings Cross train station so that they may begin their magical education.
