its currently uknown/unconfirmed if a 5th season will even be made. But there rumour around everywhere that the fifth season will be the longest season ever, with the most epidoses of all seasons, (seson 4 not yet aired have only 13-15 eps) .
tHE 5th season is also with the most contestants ever as well, probably some of the new characters of season 4 (only new characters in season 4 :( probably to "introduce" them to the total drama show, and prepare them for the huge fifth and final season, where many if not all of the old characters will return for the most dramatic season in total drama history and hugest prize ever.
thats what we hope atleast, some person said they heard it from a member of the production, so it could be truth. but at this point its only speculation and hope.
