Doubt it. Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep (same as KH3) takes place nine years before the beginning of KH1. Axel probably was not even existant then, although his Somebody, Lea, probably was, but Lea has no resemblance to the game except that he is Axel's true self. So the answer is NO. Probably. Well technically, Axel is real in the world of Kingdom Hearts. But not in real life on earth. Axel is the nobody of Lea, who is introduced in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. Axel is real, but isn't really considered real until he gets a heart. Lea is real, but im guessing it could be both yes and no to the answer of this question.
