nah, not scary, its a musical, i can tell you the brief plot, but don't look if you don't want it spoilt ok, a dude called victor is having an arranged marrige to a girl called Victoria because his parents are poor and they think that it will make them rich. He falls in love with his bride as soon as he meets her, But he keeps getting his lines wrong. So he goes out into this wood kinda thing, and practises until he gets them right. He acts out their wedding and puts ring on a twig coming out of the ground, but it wasnt a twig, it was the hand of the corpse bride! She follows him until he faints and he wakes up in the land of the dead(its not scary, its really colourful and happy they sing and talk and drink and have fun) victor is horrified. Evenually he gets to like the corpse bride though (she is called Emily) but still wants to marry Victoria. Also, in the land of the living, there is another dude called lord barkess, he wants to marry Victoria but only for her "fortune" but really she is poor. Because vitor has gone missing, Victoria's parents decide to replace the groom with lord barkess(Victoria is horrified since she wants to marry victor). Another dude from the land of the living dies and goes to the land of the dead, he sees victor and tells him that Victoria is getting married and victor gives up on her and agrees to end his life so he can marry Emily(the corpse bride) he goes to his wedding which is in the land of the living so he can die and go to the land of the dead(he must do this because in a wedding vow, it says "till death do us part" but death has already parted them so he must die to be with Emily) anyway, he is getting married, so is Victoria and her wedding gets wreacked by the dead. Emily has a sudden realiseation, she is steeling victor's life to make her happy so she stops him from drinking the poison wine and gives Victoria her place as vitors bride. They kill lord barkess and leave him to the mercy of Emily's dead friends. happily ever after for victor and Victoria but Emily sets herself free and goes to heaven. end. xxx its brill, lots of fun music, and nice love plot, makes you think death will be great lol
