Who is more famous Adele or The Beatles?

Definitely The Beatles, the Beatles were one of the most influential bands in history where as, Adele is not the sort of person that everyone looks up to. She is a good artist though.

Fame is transitory and usually purely a local phenomena. Who or what is famous at any given time or for any group of people will change.

Characters, real or fictional, may be considered famous by a given group of individuals and be completely unknown to a different group.

Those groups may be of different ages for instance, or widely separated geographically. It may be purely cultural.

Enduring famous figures may be such icons as Jesus or Mohammed, they may be monarchs, presidents etc.

Most pop idols or cartoon characters seldom survive beyond a decade or so, if that.

In this case the Beatles are still well known after more than fifty years, I doubt that will be said about Adele.
