Bob Ewell, her father.
Atticus suggested that Bob Ewell, Mayella's father, was responsible for hurting her. He argued that Bob Ewell abused and manipulated his daughter as a way to cover up his own actions.

There were actually two encounters between Bob Ewell and Atticus Finch. The first, which was in court, tells us that Atticus is much the smarter of the two, since he gets Ewell to reveal that he is left-handed. The second, outside the Post Office, tells us that Ewell is a thoroughly evil man who intends to get revenge on Atticus for making it clear that he had been the one who had hurt Mayella.
Atticus treats Mayella and Bob Ewell with respect and dignity during the trial. He remains composed and maintains a polite demeanor while questioning them, despite their hostile and dishonest behavior towards him. Atticus upholds his principles of fairness and impartiality throughout the proceedings, demonstrating his commitment to justice.
He asks this because if they didnt call a doctor, it kind =a showed the obviousness that they were lying. Also, if they didnt call a doctor, there was no real proof that Tom Robinson raped Mayella Ewell. They can always ask a doctor to examine Mayella whether or not she really was or if she is faking.
Jem believes the jury will find Tom Robinson innocent because he thinks the evidence presented clearly shows Tom's innocence and the injustice of the accusation made against him. Jem has faith in the fairness of the justice system and assumes that the jury will see the truth of the situation.
they dont hurt actually...
Tom Robinson actually lost the use of his entire left arm when, as a boy, he got it caught in Mr. Dolphus Raymond's cotton gin. It tore all the muscles loose and, as a result of his injury, his left arm (and hand, obviously) atrophied so he never had the use of it thereafter. This, clearly, is why he was unable to choke Mayella Ewell on both sides of her neck and why he was not responsible for the battery to her face, the injuries of which were primarily inflicted by someone who led with his left, as Atticus put it.
When he said that he felt bad for her it hurt him because it showed that he didnt know his "place"
atticus, jem.scout, calpurnia, tom Robinson, dill, mayella, miss Maudie and there is a few more but cant think of them sorry butg there is most of them :]
Mayella Ewell is Bob Ewell's abused, lonely, unhappy daughter. Though one can pity Mayella because of her overbearing father, one cannot pardon her for her shameful false accusation of rape against Tom Robinson.Though Mayella Ewell is abused, lonely, and unhappy, her attraction to Tom Robinson was normal for someone her age. She wanted to explore her feelings with Tom Robinson. Pity is a word not too extreme for her case.
they actually dont hurt.
He acts very gentleman like, and is very respectful.
