i vote on the phoenix
Athena may defeat Poseidon because she is the goddess of wisdom and battle stategy, but, if Athena always defeat Poseidon, why did Perseus, a demigod, son of Poseidon, defeated Annabeth, also a demigod, daughter of Athena, once?!
Goku. Phoenix powers would not work and Goku would kill her before she can take his power.
The physical strength of these two gods have never been compared, but in combat, Athena always defeated Ares, as she is much smarter.
In the Marvel universe, the Phoenix Force is generally considered to be stronger than Apocalypse. The Phoenix Force is a cosmic entity with vast reality-warping powers, while Apocalypse is a powerful mutant with advanced technology and abilities, but not on the same level as the Phoenix Force.
Phoenix Gearfried wins in terms of attack power, but Stardust Dragon is certainly the better and the more practical of the two.
"This was important because it helped the Athenians fight stronger, be smarter, or build faster. Athena did not help them, it was the power of suggestion." my own work
The Phoenix symbolizes the ability of life to rise out of despair. Survival over destruction, coming back stronger than before. The act of totally changing who you are into something stronger, more beautiful. The Pheonix may mean reincarnation, to some; survival to others. Pheonix is also another sign which is commonly used for Scorpio - as is the serpent, the eagle and the snake.
this is a hard question to answer. thankfully, Athena's helping me answer it. thank her, cause this is embarrassing for her. because she had a sense of justice, which is stronger then any of Zeus's other children's, she probably became the closest child to Zeus. not to say Zeus doesn't love his other children too.

To rise from the ashes of the Phoenix symbolizes overcoming adversity and finding strength and renewal after experiencing a period of destruction or difficulty. It represents resilience, transformation, and the ability to emerge stronger after facing challenges.
Athena did not have a consort. That is why she is called Athena the Virgin.
