I think the griffin would win being half lion half eagle, and probably bigger than the phoenix. Plus the Griffin has both talons and paws. As the lion was the king of the beasts and the eagle was the king of the birds, the griffin was thought to be an especially powerful and majestic creature. Griffins are known for guarding treasure and priceless possessions. But the phoenix,is described as an eagle sized bird, if killed(if it can be) will rise again. So, in a fight I'd say a Griffin. But in the long run the Phoenix has the edge due to its continuos life cycle
Goku. Phoenix powers would not work and Goku would kill her before she can take his power.
In the Marvel universe, the Phoenix Force is generally considered to be stronger than Apocalypse. The Phoenix Force is a cosmic entity with vast reality-warping powers, while Apocalypse is a powerful mutant with advanced technology and abilities, but not on the same level as the Phoenix Force.

Phoenix Gearfried wins in terms of attack power, but Stardust Dragon is certainly the better and the more practical of the two.
