Best Answer

There appear to be several Norse dieties who are associated with the sea, seafaring, and water. They and their roles are as follows: * Aeqir - personification of the sea. * Rán - sea goddes who collects those who have drowned. * Njord - god of the seafaring. * Nerthus - goddess of lakes, running water, and holy waters. * Nix - water spirits who appear in human form.

Quoted from Wikipedia There may be others, considering the majority of Norse culture was conducted on, around, or near the ocean.

That would have to be Frey, Freya's brother. They were the original "lord and lady", to use the Wiccan epithet, the God and Goddess of fertility and fecundity.
