The actor in the FIOS commercials is Victor Williams. He played Deacon Palmer on the King of Queens. He is a great actor, and he is in great physical shape, especially when compared to the other men on the King of Queens, except Jerry Stiller.
The Optimum spokesman resembles the Fios guy very strongly but isn't the same one. I believe that is the object of the commercial. Mother speaks up for Optimum.
Brian Scott McFadden is the voice of the flea on the Verizon Fios commercial. McFadden is considered to be the 'father of modern stand up comedy.'
