Neptune
The five "naked eye" planets have been known since antiquity. Some unknown Babylonian or Sumerian astronomer were probably the first people to notice that these weren't just stars. Uranus, the first planet discovered in modern times, was discovered by William Herschel while systematically searching the sky with his telescope on March 13, 1781. Neptune was first observed by Galle and d'Arrest on Sept 23,1846.
4 Planets have rings Neptune Uranus Saturn Jupiter Jupiter has a very thin ring and you uassily can't notice it Saturn has the largest ring
MARS IS NOT A STAR!!!! Mars is made from ROCK compared to a star which is a giant, hot, burning radioactive mass of hydrogen converting to helium. It is the 4th planet from the sun. The planets orbiting the sun (which is a star!) are as follows; Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune (notice how Pluto is not include as it was declassified as a planet in 2006) which coincidentally are not stars either! Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune are made of gas, not rock. Furthermore, to prove my point that mars is a planet, here is a link to some pictures of the surface from the curiosity rover which just happens to be paying a 'visit'. http://www.space.com/16987-mars-rover-curiosity-photos-week-2.html
Notice is a confusing word to use in this context -- perhaps you mean identify.A gemologist can help you determine whether your diamond is lab-created or a natural gem.
If you were able to view the planets from above their north poles, you would see Mercury, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn and Neptune rotating in a counterclockwise direction and Venus, Uranus, and Pluto (Pluto is now classified as a dwarf planet) rotating in a clockwise direction.
explorer? you probably mean astronomer.
what is it
The present tense of notice is notice. Example: "I notice you forgot your text book". The present perfect tense is to be noticing. Example: "I am noticing strange readings from my instruments".
Pattern? I don't even see the fractions.
yes, and try to notice a few things... notice the man in the top left in the window, notice the man with the ak47, notice the man with the strange headgear, being tested on, notice(very very hard) the chalk outline of a Steyr AUG HBAR on the wall at one point, notice the office worker zombies.
The first person to notice and report on stellar parallax was the Italian astronomer, Giuseppe Calandrelli (1749-1827). He reported the parallax for alpha-Lyrae. The first reliable measurement was made, for 61 Cygni, by the German astronomer Friedrich Bessel in 1838.

not necessarily!! Knowing the fact that he wants you to notice is a start. Basically it all depends if he likes you and you like hm! If your just friends its not gonna matter no matter what your safe and its not strange!
There is no pattern.
The strange thing that Ralph notices when the boy are playing around with the rolling rocks is smoke. What he is seeing is not real though.
Shake the wii nunchuck and you will charge.
If you notice something, it is [most likely] a false impression. There is no known pattern to prime numbers.
