Not counting Tanks or Witches, I believe that the Jockey is the most dangerous new special infected. This is because not only can they drive a Survivor away from the others, but if the other survivors are non-A.I. (and horrible shots) you can steer them away from where they need to go.

Unless you mean the level special infected (Swampy mudmen, Hazmat zombies) No the commo infected do nothing but swarm and damage you a little. But there are special infected that spawn specific to the campaign your doing. Look them up if that's what you mean.
