Who is the new guy Verizon FiOs commercial?

I'm watching "Child's Play," a movie in which Chucky the doll becomes inhabited by a serial killer. The child actor it, Alex Vincent, seems so much like the boy in the FIOS commercials -the way he looks, talks, facial expressions, etc. -I thought surely he must be the same boy.

Then I found out the movie was made in 1988 and the actor would be

have to be in his 20s by now. Could it be his son? I think he looks like a little male version of Mary Kate and Ashley. I know they have a younger brother. Could it be him?
