There isn't one, all of the Greek gods had both good and evil traits. Many people think the gods like Hades or Hekate are evil but the Greeks didn't view them as such. Hades while the god of death was also the god of wealth and was more neutral than anything else; after all he didn't kill people he just judged their souls and ruled the afterlife. Hekate on the other hand is often show in modern works as the goddess of curses and witchcraft but she as actually the patron of midwifes and healers.
There are however some evil-ish daemons in Greek mythology such as the Keres who were the daemons of violent death or Koros the lesser god of strife.
Theoi.com lists many of these gods/daemons under 'Abstract Personifications' if you want a list.
EDIT: Hades was the god of the underworld not death.
Sorry, I meant Hades was a death god. There are actually a couple of gods of death depending on how a person died, Hades was seen as their leader so I tend to see him as a god of death...

He wasn't considered evil. The Greeks didn't define their gods as "good" or "evil". He was associated with darkness, which WE associate with evil.

Hades, the god of the Underworld, is constantly portrayed as evil. There are no other "evil" gods or goddesses, although many of them had quick tempers.
