Jamaican Sprinter Usain Bolt who broke the World Record in the 100 meter dash at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing with a time of 9.69 seconds. What about Michael Johnson who ran 200 meters in 19.32 in 1996 ? That averages out to 9.66 per 100 meters.
