The piston of a gauge pressure rotating until its freely suspend because the weight of the piston is balanced by the centrifugal force. The centrifugal force is created by the rotation of the piston and is equal to the weight of the piston.
To measure a force, depends on how the force is applied. For example if it is a piston rod actuated by a piston, you can measure the pressure inside the cylinder containing the piston, this may be filled with gas or liquid, and calculate the force from the area of the piston/cylinder. If it is a lever system, work out the mechanical advantage of the levers and multiply by the actuating force, probably obtained as above. You can also measure force directly using a strain gauge between the applying force and the object.
because we are measuring weight in terms of pressure of static masses or weights means they are not moving and have a specific weight and as static thing refers to dead things that's why the masses are dead so the apparatus is called dead weight piston guage.
The driving force action on the piston is called piston effort. In other words the net resultant of all the other forces acting on the piston is called piston effort.
A connecting rod connects the piston to the crankshaft - A piston rod (also called a wristpin)connects the piston to the connecting rod.

Place the gauge inside a sealed piston. Place the weight on top of the piston and read the pressure from the gauge. The force exerted by the weight multiplied by the area of the piston will give you the actual pressure exerted on the gauge. Using SI units. A 5 kg weight placed on a 0.25 meter diameter piston will create a pressure of around 1 pascal (Nm^2). 5N*Pi*0.25m^2.
the inventor of micrometer screw gauge is William Gascoigne.
The inventor of tap dancing was a free slave by the name of William Henry Lane.
Otto von Guericke invented the pressure gauge. Otto von Guericke was from Germany and was a scientist, inventor, and a politician.
The screw gauge was invented by William Gascoigne around the year 1638. Gascoigne was a renowned astronomer and mathematician from England.

There are quite a few places out there where someone can receive a free inventor's kit. Some of these places include; InventionIdeas, Inventionresource, Newproducthelp, and FreeInventorsKit.
A rain gauge is a device which measures liquid precipitation over a period of time. It was invented by Prince Munjong and King Sejong the Great of Korea in 1441.
The piston is not stuck. It must be rotated to retract it. There are two depressions on the piston face. Use a pair of needle nose pliars to turn the piston clockwise to retract it. Turn it until the face of the piston is flush with the boot.
Slide one of the compression rings down into the cylinder and measure the gap with a feeler gauge.
