There is no truly accurate way to measure intelligence and intelligence has many facets. A person can be intelligent in one area and not so bright in another. I will not try to single out
one president as most intelligent and will not consider what might be called "street smarts".
Those presidents which to me seem the most intellectually sharp, in order of their term in office, are Jefferson, Lincoln, Garfield,Taft, Wilson and Clinton . I think you can make a case for J. Adams, Madison, J.Q. Adams, and Hoover. Carter and Obama merit consideration, I think.
President Barack Obama is considered to be the most intelligent man ever to occupy the White House. His IQ score is off the charts.
bill Clinton, James garfield, Calvin coolidge
no.
Dolphins and supposedly apes and monkeys are the most intelligent mammals on our planet. And I guess I should put that we are mammals too. Which makes us another mammal that is the most intelligent (well, some of us). :0)
robert mugabe from zimbabwe 8degrees and two doctrates
Thomas Jefferson
I have heard that israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has an IQ of 180.
The comparative and superlative forms of intelligent are more intelligent and most intelligent.
We are animals, and we have almost no knowledge of the minds of other species. We are probably not the most intelligent, but we certainly are the most delusional. We have created an environment for ourselves, that is unfit for us to live in. That is not an act of intelligence.--------------------------------------------------------We are animals; we just happen to be the most intelligent animals on Earth, the most intelligent species. We have found ourselves compairable to Chimpanzes which are an intelligent type of money.
"Intelligent" doesn't have a comparative and superlative form. Instead, you would say "more intelligent" or "most intelligent."
most intelligent
The comparative form of "intelligent" is "more intelligent," and the superlative form is "most intelligent."
