It's exactly what is states. 220 feet per second. In the world of Pellet guns that is Very slow. Most pellet rifles travel between 600 and 1000+ FPS. In the world of Airsoft 220 FPS is about as slow as you can get. Airsoft get up to 500 FPS and more. A Daisy Red Ryder BB rifle travels at 350 FPS.
The 3 most common RIFLE cartridges in use in WW I were probably the 30-06 (2800 fps), the 8mm Mauser (2700 fps), and the .303 Enfield (2500 fps).
It would have to be FPS because FPS games are more interactive
Depends on the firearm, the manual or even the box most likely says what the FPS is.
the most fps in a gun is 500 or more and my best gun is a mp44 because its 517 fps and it hurts and it feels like a bb gun
FPS games that can be played online include Crossfire and Eve Online. FPS games are also sometimes known as MMORPG games and are very popular with all ages.
in the pistols, the 9mm bullet at 1400 fps and the 44magum at 1600 fps.
The EXACT muzzle velocity will vary with the weight of the bullet, and the barrel length of the rifle. The 140 grain bullet is fairly popular, and leaves most hunting rifles at about 3000 feet per second. Lighter bullets may travel at 3300 fps, heavier at about 2700 FPS. IMHO, an excellent long range cartridge.

Difficult to answer. For a standard cartridge, it is probably the Ruger .204, with a claimed muzzle velocity of 4225 FPS. However, the Remington Accelerator in 30-06 (firing a .25 cal bullet held in a plastic sabot) claimed speed of around 4500 fps. There have been a few wildcat loads that claim around 5000 fps- which is about at the limit of acceleration that smokeless powder can produce.
