∙ 14y agoThe mystery character is a man with ginger hair and a beard (which is ginger too). He wears a green jumper with a white collar.
He is most obvious in the 'nasty nasties' scene, where he is positioned directly below the bottom-right corner of the information scroll in the top left of the picture. (When I say scroll, I mean the big one that appears on every page). Just to the right of the two fighting witches.
This character appears on every page except the last one. Hope this helps!

It took me two weeks to find Waldo, but it was well worth it. I have the North America 2003 version of Where's Waldo in Hollywood, so my answer may not suit your book. This is almost a scavenger hunt. I can't quite describe it based on his exact location. Basically, find the blond Wenda in the middle of the right hand page. Follow the line of Wendas to the left. The Wenda on the far left of the "Wenda stage", one above the front Wenda, will have a hand in front of her mouth. Follow that hand down and the Waldo it links to will have a bone in his other hand. The book you have may be different (I don't know if there are other versions of Hollywood, but I wanted to be specific just to be sure.) I hope this helped you find Waldo. There was a character on Deputy Dawg (Sic) called Sheriff Waldo and he was a comic relief character. there was and is a Waldo avenue in Jersey City and once a very busy signal tower visible from the PATH near Journal Square. Waldo was a PRR signal tower with possibly some Path cross-connections, it was torn down years ago. So there you have it, it is a funny-sounding name and was probably chosen for that reason for the Maze series.
