Scotland is part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and therefore doesn't have its own separate Monarch. The current Monarch of the United Kingdom is Queen Elizabeth II. The heir to the throne is her eldest son Prince Charles and when he becomes Monarch, he will be King Charles III.
