No, actually he apparently has a crush on Otullisa, but yes, I can see why you would think it was Soren x Gylfie (I did at first too; in the beginning, Soren despises Otullisa, and seems to like Gylfie, but towards the end, it seems he has it in with Otullisa). Now, I could be wrong, but this is my interpretation of the situation.
