Black money is Total money minus White money. White money is Total money minus Black money. In todays India everyone have lots of Black Money with them. It is common phenomenon that most of the people converts or they want to convert their Black Money into White Money. 1. Black money can be convereted into White money by donations to PM funds, National emergency fund, Forming educational institutions and trusts. 2. Go to a Jeweller and give him the amount of Black money you want to convert it into White money. He would give you a Cheque back for the same amount less 4%. He would give you a Reciept to show that you have Sold Jewellery to him. On the amount of the cheque when you file your returns you will have to pay capital gain tax. The money is White now.

Probably.
Identifying which country has the most black money is complex, as it often relies on estimates and varies based on different definitions of black money. However, countries like India, Russia, and some nations in Africa and Latin America are frequently cited as having significant amounts of unaccounted wealth due to factors such as corruption, tax evasion, and illicit activities. The exact figures are difficult to ascertain due to the secretive nature of black money.
the untouchables had the least power in India's social structure
It indeed was, the reserve bank of India data analyzers showed that Demonetization didn't help clear out most of the black money in India. While Narendra Modi the honorable prime minister of India currently has said that it will remove all the black money and corruption in India. But sadly this didn't happen. I'm glad that the Indian Prime Minister had a great vision. But there are some rumors being spread saying that: " Demonetization of 500 and 1000 rupee notes was only meant for people to suffer" I am not agreeing or disagreeing with this statement. All I can say is that demonetization was a big failure in India.
