It is impossible to tell who the poorest person in the world is, however a good estimate can be made as to where they would live.
Kiribati is the country with the lowest GDP according to the International Monetary Fund and The World Bank making it arguably the poorest country, the poorest person in the world may live there.
Burundi reportedly has the lowest GDP/Capita, suggesting that its people may be the poorest in the world.
Equally, many people in developed countries live on the streets, making no money and having no savings.
It seems likely that the title of "Worlds poorest person" would be a tie between tens of thousands of people across the world, all of whom have nothing.

The world's poorest country is often considered to be Burundi, a small landlocked country in East Africa. Due to factors like ongoing political instability, conflict, and a lack of resources, many Burundians struggle with poverty and limited access to basic services.

(illegal hunting) in the forest. all they usually eat is herbs or nuts or bread (rarely) but if your talking about the actual hunger games where they are in the arena. that ranges anywhere from meat, to herbs to berries. but not very much of anything. and if your wondering, all they usually get to drink is water.
