Satan is in control right now. He's using a stereotypical "pyramid scheme" to run things. The Illuminati and Freemasons are on top, followed by the rich. The middle class people are slowly migrating towards the bottom where the poor get crushed under the weight of all that evil.

Hopefully, the people at the bottom realize that there are more of us than there are of them and the top of the pyramid will fall when we stop holding it up.

There is no such thing as a ruler of the world, at least as far as human control of this planet is concerned. It is specifically because of this anarchy that International Relations are as difficult and as lawless as they are.
