Zoe Bruce! :DD
It sounds like Michael Caton from 'The Castle' and 'Packed to the Rafters'.
According to the website "Guardian Angel Management", the voice for the Whataburger commercials is William Bassett, but Whataburger declines to answer.
I don't know who does the voice over, but whoever he is, he has the worst Australian accent I've ever heard. He sucks. I'm from NJ and had Aussies believing I'm from Aus, eh, Sheila?
Tristan Rogers

My suspicion is that it is her, but I came here to find out for sure only to see no answer for the question. 03/16/10 Can't find how to give my own answer....only how to "improve answer". In any event, I too believe it to be Victoria Jackson in the Burger King commercial. Her voice is unmistakable. 3/19/10 I had the same question. A survey of answers brought on by a google search seems to indicate it is actually Kimmy Robertson, who played in Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead. I just did a google image search to match her up too, and it definitely looks like her, with her age (55) seemingly matching up too. Wikipedia page says she was also in "Twin Peaks" back in '90-'91 and has lent her distinctive voice to many animated movies and/or TV shows.
