theology degree is required before ordination to the priesthood, which assumes that you have a four year undergraduate degree before you start. If you graduate from high school at sixteen, and finish all of your college and graduate work in eight years you would be twenty-four,

and there is a possibility that Rome would issue a dispensation for someone who was one year short of the age limit, although I am not familiar with any cases.
