That depends on which titans you mean. The classical titans that were overthrown by Zeus were led by the youngest of them, Kronos. However, some of the titans had children that were also considered titans. Of them Epimetheus is the youngest.
If referring to the 12 Olympians then the youngest would be Hermes the god of speed and agility know to be young and nifty. Almost like a 16 year old.
