Who killed Archie Mitchell on 'EastEnders'?

Stacey Slater was revealed to have killed him on Friday 19th.

No one knows who killed Archie Mitchell, but we can guess...

Sam: Because of the Christmas episode, it could be her, however Archie has helped Sam if you remember he sorta helped her and she seemed to think that he was nice and kind to her. Even though she was in a state and was saying that she was going to go over to him and make her Mum proud, would she really kill someone who had been kind to here?

Roxy: It is unlikely to have been Roxy because she was with Amy, however it is possible that she left Amy with someone else or Amy was with her while she killed Archie. Roxy could have wanted revenge on Archie for what he's done to her family - recently and in the past. Also, Archie is still Roxy's dad, and he does still love her and she probably still loves him.

Janine: She has got a very big motive.

Ronnie: Given Ronnie's mental state and having had both her children killed by Archie, there is a high chance that she could have killed Archie. Also, Archie is still Ronnie's dad, and he does still love her and she probably still loves him.

Phil: It wouldn't be the first time he had killed someone, but he was drunk that night and so it is unlikely that he would have been able to lift the murder weapon.

Ian: He hated Archie but he's unlikely to do something that would cause trouble for his family. He also seems like too much of a wimp to kill someone.

Peggy: She has it in her to kill him as he has done so many things to her and her family including lying, killing her granddaughters and stealing her pub. She has revenge in her eyes for all he has done.

Jack: He could have killed him because even though Archie hasn't actually done much to Jack himself, he has hurt his lover and mother of his child. He might also have thought that murdering Archie could let him get back with Ronnie as she would love him for killing Archie.

Bradley: He doesn't know Archie that well but his girlfriend knows him very well and because of that she's now pregnant with his baby! Bradley has been through a lot lately and so he could have just let out all his anger on Archie. It does seem like his sort of style murder (throwing something statue rather than make him suffer).

• I've heard that it's out of Peggy, Jack and Bradley. I think it's most likely to be one of them 3 only because out of the other suspects (Ian, Phil, Ronnie, Janine, Roxy and Sam) seem too obvious and the producers would try and make it so that the actual murderer is completely unexpected.

• Out of all the above if I had to pick one it would probably be Jack as the murderer, with Bradley and Peggy close behind. The two who I'm going to rule out as the murderer are Janine and Phil as they both seem too obvious to be the murderer and anyway they were both carrying different weapons to the murder weapon and also they'd both have wanted Archie to know they were there and for him to suffer.
• I think it was Sam because you never saw her go and see Archie like the others, but she sneaked off for a while so I thought she might have had something to do with it.
• I think Peggy Mitchell killed Archie after the Mitchells suddenly got chucked out the Vic by him and had to go round the streets looking for somewhere to go. Whilst everyone is looking, Peggy said she was going to the cafe, but I think she secretly went to the Vic to find Archie, when she heard him lock up, she quietly snuck round the back, grabbed the Vic's ornament and knocked him out, and left him dead on the Vic floor. Later on, I think Ronnie gets arrested for killing him.
• I am not 100% sure but i believe that Archie Mitchell's death was the fault/intentions of one of the following persons: Phil Mitchell, Janine Butcher or Bradley Branning.

  Option 1:Phil Mitchell. Connection to Victim: Archie Mitchell's ex step-son. Reason:He might have murdered Archie Mitchell to make is mother Peggy Mitchell proud.

  Option 2: Janine Butcher. Connection to Victim: Archie Mitchell's Fiancee. Reason: Because Archie kicked her out on Christmas Cruelly.

  Option 3: Bradley Branning. Connection to Victim: Local acquaintance of Archie Mitchell's. Reason: Archie Mitchell raped Bradley Branning's love Stacey Slater and got her impregnated.

• I heard it was Sam as she is leaving "EastEnders" again soon.

• This may sound strange but overall I believe that ben Mitchel did it!!! Before you call me a weirdo read why. I was watching a show that was Behind the Scenes at Eastenders and Larry Lam (that's Archie mitchels actor if you didn't know) was being asked who killed him Archie's reply was"I don't know but it's probably someone obvious that will surprise you" or something like that. Ben Mitchel is my choice because him killing Archie is surprising (obviously) but obvious because he causes trouble to his family and dad and knowing eastenders it will probably be someone we never even thought..

• I think it was Peggy, and she wasn't as upset about it as you would have thought because it was her. I think Peggy should own up because she let her daughter go to jail.
• "EastEnders" writers are very clever! They give you lots of options. I think it was either Ronnie, Roxy, Jack, Peggy, Ian, Sam, Bradley or Ryan - but nobody really knows. If you want a personal opinion, I think it was Bradley or Sam. I think they would have given the storyline a twist and made someone kill Archie that we would least expect ! If you ask me, I would like to see Bradley kill Archie as he has been so kind and we have all waited for him to get back together with Stacey Slater and he loves her so I think he has stuck up for her.
• It would need to be someone who could lift the Queen Victoria statue and it would most likely be someone who is leaving because I reckon someone like Jack did it as well but Bradley might get blamed 'cause he had blood on his shirt from punching him...
• Sean Slater! No-one that you think it will be.
• It was Ben Mitchell, because it is unexpected and not obvious. And you would think it was Phil, Bradley, Ronnie, Sam, Peggy, Roxy, Jack. You don't expect Ben. Same happened with Max's Crash.
